Unattended Minor Consent-Waiver
If you plan to allow your child to attend without you, please download the waiver, and email to: sap@greatestmas.org.
You also may complete the waiver in-person.
Unaccompanied minors will not be allowed to participate in activities without signed waivers.

Safe, clean fun, and for less than drop-in care!
Hosted by Lyyv Entertainment, The Y-Zone will give the area's youth their own zone! From Mon-Fri (3-5p/kids +2-6p/teens) members can eat, socialize, play games, and enjoy their youth!
**As a nonprofit fundraiser, admission fees benefit charity!
