A matriarch is a woman who leads a family, group, or community, and builds her legacy by her influence. 

• We are an organization BY-AND-FOR trauma-impacted, socioeconomically- disadvantaged daughters and their families.
• Our mission is to heal families and communities disproportionately impacted by generational trauma, including the "War on Drugs".

• We provide trauma-informed support and assistance in the form of information, referrals, crisis intervention, advocacy (including legal and medical), victim compensation assistance, and support groups to overcome trauma, mental health challenges, substance use disorder, and other risk factors to generational health. 
• We provide clothing, food, household goods, temporary shelter, transportation, funds, and other emergency financial assistance to disadvantaged daughters and their families.
• We engage in outreach and awareness services to inform, support, and assist at-risk matriarchs and their families, in learning about human trafficking, victims of crime services.
• We connect disadvantaged matriarchs with opportunities to improve generational health for themselves and their families, by providing resources and information about programs and services offered by other organizations and agencies.
• We connect disadvantaged matriarchs with opportunities to grow generational wealth for themselves and their families by linking them to resources, education, and training for recession-proof and pandemic-proof employment and entrepreneurship.

• Volunteer. If you have time, or services to offer, and are willing to complete a background check, and training in the trauma-informed approach, we need you.

Remember we are a network.

• Become a member. Greatest Mas members use their voting power to guide us as we create programs and render services.
• Become a donor. As an IRS-recognized public charity, you may donate cash, property, or other assets, and receive a tax deduction (check our status here). 
• Become an ally. We are open to allies and "friend group" relationships with other nonprofits and small businesses with common goals and purposes.
